Baptism Zones
As you know, there are a lot of things here at North Point that are the same and don’t change. One of them is how we shoot baptisms. I would like for us to commit this to memory, so that there is never any confusion. If you need a refresher or don’t know, this is how we shoot baptisms: Out of the baptism video, we go to cam 3 on a wide push. Cam 3 should start their shot with the baptism area at the top and the IMAG screen just out of view. Then cut to Cam 2 just before the baptizer speaks on a tight two shot. Then just before the “dunk”, cut to cam 3, where they are framed just below the wood trim. From there we either go to the next video or to cam 1 on whomever is on stage. To recap, out of video we go to; cam 3, cam 2, cam 3, then video or cam 1.
