Frequently in the announcements, the host will interact with the band. We need to be ready to pick that up for IMAG. I would suggest having camera 3 go ahead and pick up the worship leader and the host in a two shot if you can. If you can’t get the two shot, then just pick up the worship leader on camera 3. This will ensure that you will be ready in case any interaction happens.

The transition from the West to the East is always a hit or miss. It seems to go well for a few weeks and then it comes back to bite us again. Our current issue is that when we come out of the West transition we dip to black and then back up to the East transition just before they dip to black. This is very distracting to the audience in sitting in the West. As you know, there are numerous ways to make this transition. The most fool proof way to do this, is to go to server 3 out of the transition. Once you are live on server 3, you can make your seamless transition to the East anytime during the title package or baptism video. Please take this seriously, this is a problem that we just can’t seem to eliminate, no matter how hard we try.
