Adding Your Pic

To add a picture of yourself to your Planning Center account follow these steps:

1. Log into your Planning Center account.

2. One you are logged in, click on the “my account” link on the top-right corner of the page (see below).

3. This will open your account page (pictured below). Click on the “add photo” silhouette icon located just to the left of the test id2 (your first and last name).

4. Clicking on the “add photo” icon will launch the following pop-up window (see below). Your photo has to be a JPG, PNG, or GIF image. If you need to crop or edit your image, you will need to do it before you import it into Planning Center. Click the “browse” button.

5. This will launch a file upload window. Find your image file, highlight it, and then click the open button to select it.

6. Once you select your file the file upload window will disappear and you will be brought back to the upload photo pop-up window. The file path to your photo should be displayed in the box to the left of the “Browse” button. Click the “accept” button on the bottom of the pop-up window and your photo should appear in your account page.

If you want to change a photo that you have already uploaded, go back to your account page, and click on the “change photo” link that is just below your photo. Click on that link and point to the new file that you want to use (repeat steps 4, 5, and 6).
